Pain + blood discharge

Hello mummies, Im in my 6 weeks and notices that i have brownish spotting and some sort like period cramps. Should i be worried?

if spotting continues after more than 4-5 hours then pls see the doctor asap to check if its threaten miscarriage

spotting is not normal during early pregnancy..
