I bring a small bottle of cold water along wherever I go. And avoided going out in the afternoon when the weather is hot. Do sit down when you feel lightheaded and keep yourself hydrated by sipping water throughout the day. Take care!

I’m week 13 and still experience the same. I find that cold water and some electrolytes help me ( 100 plus and coconut water )
