week 9 and feel weak like body jelly and dehydrated easily in non air con.

Hi mummies! I'm currently week 9 realised recently I feel weak easily like jelly body and fainting sensation after short walk in non air con area, abit like dehyrated feel. is it concerning or any tips on this?

I’m week 13 and still experience the same. I find that cold water and some electrolytes help me ( 100 plus and coconut water )

Waking up super early or middle of night without reasons

Hi! First timer mom here, wondering if anyone have the same experience as me in early weeks of pregnancy wake-up at 6/7am and week7&8 wake up 3am for no reason....anything can help to sleep through the night?

Same here. At week 11 now and can't sleep through the night esp after waking up for toilet runs
