GAS DRINKS

Hi mummies!! I'm currently 32 weeks and was wondering if I can drink gas drinks(coke/Fanta) especially when it's on a hot day, I tend to feel like drinking them up but worried if it's gg to cause sth to my baby. Any advise?

For me I was having GD (Guess wat I lost my TASTE BUD) The onli drink which brought me TATSE to my tounge was COKE 0... n totally no side effects.. & even my gyne was ok wif it when I told him of my TATSE matter.. So depends on ur individual body mode mummy ;)

I am diabetic BUT Gyne said I can have Coke Zero or Pepsi Black (those no sugar fizzy drinks) in front of hubby! Hurray! Now he can defend me if my in-laws nag about drinking fizzy drinks 😂

It’s ok to drink in moderation. But just note the sugar content. I usually drink plain cold water if I need to quench my thirst.

Ok to do so, but for coke and others may have some caffeine or high sugar content so cannot drink too much

Better to avoid any gassy drinks! If you feel heaty just drink Coconut water as its cooling. ☺️

U can try sparkling water? Gassy and no sugar. Cos soft drinks have high sugar

Ok mah. The gas will just be ermmm expelled out later from the behind

Super Mum

If you don't have any risk of GD then why not?

Not really the gas but the sugar

Moderation is the key😉
