If you're breastfeeding you can take prenatal vitamins both for you and the baby. If not you can just take calcium tablets. I drink the milk for mommy too (Nestle Mom & Me). I'm still aching a lot too though, probably has to do with carrying baby so no choice π. Maybe try a deep tissue / postnatal massage?
Any calcium supplement should be fine. Also increase your intake of foods high in calcium, like yoghurt and small fish (with bones).
