Finger joint pain/ ache

Anyone experience finger joint pain and ache during and after pregnancy? Everyday when I wake up I can't really move my fingers properly and need to "warm them up". Not sure how I can fix the problem. Please share your solutions if any. thank you in advance!! #pleasehelp
