Hi Mummies, I'm 23 weeks pregnant. I always difficult to poop. It's hard, Difficult to came out. & sometimes it's bleed.

Eat a lot of vege & fruits mostly papaya.. Besides that, please go to clinic to chck up first bcause its bleeding.

Constipation can cause bleeding . But you can go for a check to confirm the cause of bleeding
