Hi mummies! I used to just have occasional nausea and retching in first tri but suddenly at 14w my acid reflux (or not sure if triggered by gastric) is so bad that i’ll vomit my breakfast everyday and have to keep lying down. I try to eat small meals but doesnt seem to help.
Any advice?
