Extreme Fatique In A First Trimester!

Hello mummies! I am new here and I just recently found out that I'm pregnant with a 7 weeks old baby. I am extremely dizzy everyday including short of breathe and breast pain (the breast pain is no joke...). Please share your body changes during your pregnancy here!

Hi 7 weeks pregnant today. Yesterday did my 1st ultrasound test. Doctor said all good bit the heartbeat is 126bpm. Doctor advised that heartbeat should be 140bpm and to support the pregnancy advised 2500mg hcg shot for 3 weeks. Am slightly worried, hope and pray all good in my next test.
