Extreme Fatique In A First Trimester!

Hello mummies! I am new here and I just recently found out that I'm pregnant with a 7 weeks old baby. I am extremely dizzy everyday including short of breathe and breast pain (the breast pain is no joke...). Please share your body changes during your pregnancy here!

Is anyone here a working momma? I'm 7 weeks preggy today and I just want to sleep, eat repeat. I'm working in a BPO industry and I'm having a hard time and is always absent due to vomiting, and being tired even if I slept all day. Any suggestions mommies? I'm a first time momma btw ☺
