Sitting up without help

Hi mummies , can I know at which month did your LO start to sit up without any help? My LO is almost 6months and unstable. Anyways to help aside from tummy time? Thanks!

Do you mean on a tummy time position change to a sitting position? My girl can do this at 9mo old. At 6mo old, my girl can sit assisted for awhile , unstable. It will get better.
