Hi there, how old are you kids? The amount of breastmilk depends on how old your kids are. And usually, after 6 months, if they are starting solids, you can start to decrease the amount of milk you child takes. As for meal ideas, I find that something filling like rice cereal works well for breakfast, fruit or veggie purees (or pieces) for lunch and maybe porridge with minced meat for dinner?
