Less painful pregnancy

Hi mummies. I am in my first trimester and need some tips. 2 years ago i gave birth to my girl and i was weak and in so much pain. My back kidney area groin were extremely weak after birth. I am afraid the same will happen again. Any tips to make me stronger or less painful? TIA

hi dear sorry to hear about your experience. do loadsa kegels and exercises (pregnancy safe exercise, just YouTube). at least 3x a week. it'll definitely help :)
