Could be food poisoning/stomach flu. Keep yourself well hydrated, can drink isotonic drinks (non gassy) also to replenish the salts you’re losing. Avoid spicy/dairy products in general for the next 2 weeks. You may consider taking probiotics (eg. Yakult/vitagen/yoghurt/tablets) to replenish the good bacteria in your gut. If you can’t tolerate food/drinks or your diarrhoea persists, please see a doctor. Take care!
Hi, Please try having lots of fluids as well as drink lot of water. Also consult your gynae if they prescribe any medicine for this
