hi mummies ! can i consume folic acid instead of fish oils when i am 25 weeks pregnant?

i think at 25weeks you should already be eating prenatal vitamins which contains both. my gynae gave me prenatal vits when im 12 weeks pregnant, till now im consuming it currently 36weeks pregnant.

fish oil is good for baby’s brain development and folic acid is not a like-for-like replacement. best to still consume fish oil for your baby’s sake

hmmm they aren't substitutes for each other dear... u must first understand what each is for before choosing one over another pls

I only took obimin and so far its been a smooth sailing journey… now 32weeks..

I took only obimin starting 12weeks and now im 32 weeks ☺️
