Hi kkh provided me fish oil and multivitamin supplement. I still have balance of folic acid can I still consume folic acid with the rest of the supplement together? I'm 13weeks now.

hi I'm also with kkh. I did ask the doctor before. No harm to continue taking the folic acid. Also another doctor mentioned after 1st trimester folic acid is not needed and can stop.

no need to consume folic acid tabs.. as the vitamin has folic acid in it.
