Eat small meals every few hours. I couldn’t eat much during my first trimester too. I remembered having milo and biscuits/bread, fruits, juices.. those that doesn’t require a lot of chewing. Eating rice and veg made me nauseous. Now at second trimester, I’m eating like nobody’s business 😅 Your appetite will get better soon. Hang in there!
I was nauseous in first trimester. It will take some time to pass. In the meantime, just have to bear with it. Eat even if u don't feel like it. You need to nourish baby as well as yourself.
