Leaking when sleeping in yao lan

Hi mummies, have you encountered sometimes pee will leak out when ur child sleeping in the yao lan? How to solve this and why it will happen? I don't think is the diaper wrong size. And I will adjust the diaper and change new piece before put my child into the yao lan. I'm using peekapoo pull up pants.
