Is it normal for 4.5 month baby to drink less milk?

Hi mummies, FTM here. my little one has been averaging 700-800ml a day when he hit 4 months but in the past week he has only managed to feed 500-600ml. Is this a sign of teething? He has also been scratching the back of his ear in his night sleeps and drools a lot in the day.
