I have it from the start till week 14 then start to reduce a little. I have to literally have something in my mouth the moment I woke up. Either sour plum or sweets. Its terrible cos must eat non stop and I will spit out the excess sometimes when my mouth is empty. I read mouthwash can help but not for me. Maybe you can try.

yes i had it, it was quite awful for me. have to suck on something sour or gummies for me and spit out excessive saliva when i have the chance
