Hi mummies, just checking what kind of fresh milk can I take during pregnancy? Am in second trimester. Any kind of fresh milk like HL/MEIJI etc or only certain brands?

I took HL as other brands like meiji etc, I not really used to it's taste.. Oh, dun take the HL green packaging one, the promoter told me before not suitable for pregnant lady.
