Anyone used Perineal cold pad after natural birth? Is it useful? How many pads are used/changed in a day? Do you use it together with the maternity pad, or just use this on its own as a pad for half an hour?
use it by itself as if you use a sanitary pad. the pad itself will absorb blood besides giving the cold feeling. need to change when it's either full or when the pad is no longer cold.
