EPI KOOL , Is it a need?
Hi mummies, anyone used epi kool after delivery? Is it a need to get it ? Or normal maternity pad will do

Please get Epikool ... after my 1st pregnancy i had tears and its very painful once the nurse gave me 1 pack of epikool it really helped to numb the pain. I gave birth at kkh so they gave me n charge under medisave. I used 3 in a day.
It definitely help a lot to relieve pain down there after giving birth
