Perineal ice pads

Hi mommies SGH recommends to get perineal ice pads but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Specifically Epi-kool brand? Ironically went to pharmacy in SGH and they don’t have it too. Any idea where to get it? I have a fear for pain so will like to prepare beforehand!

You can go polyclinic at their pharmacy. Usually if I cant get at Guardian/Watson, ill go polyclinic pharmacy to purchase.
