3 months feeding

Hi mummies, My 3 months baby is currently sleeping through most of the night (sometimes wake up for feed). He is fed express breast milk. I’m concerned if he is taking enough milk since nowadays he will sleep through and during day time he will nap 3 - 4 times, I’m having difficulty slotting in more feeding session. As compared to earlier stage, he seems to be drinking more per feed but lesser in a day overall. Should I leave it as it is or try to slot in more feed with reduce amt? Some helpful information, he is 7.4kg currently (3.4kg) at birth. Per intake is 150ml - 160ml (will have leftover sometimes) Everyday feeding is about 5 - 6 times.

If baby is gaining well and has sufficient wet diapers, don't worry abt it! 7.4kg for a 3 mo is healthy! My baby was just 5.8kg at 4 mo, he's at 25th weight percentile, not balanced with his 75th percentile for height. As comparison, my boy was taking 180ml per feed mixed FM and BM but cldn't gain as much even tho he was 3.6kg at birth. So I think ur baby is growing well even with the reduced overall intake. Just monitor longer and maybe feedback to ur PD in the nxt appt.
