Puyat Mums

Hi mummies, this is my 2nd baby tho we lost the 1st one on miscarriage last year due to chromosomal abnormality. Anyway I'm a working mum on a graveyard shift. So lagi pong puyat talaga. But maghapon naman tulog. I take my prescriptions religiously. But any other suggestions or advise as to how i can make sure na healthy si baby sa loob?

same scenario momsh had miscarriage last yr. work in a graveyard shift with super stressful workload. trying it again i am 5 weeks preggy. i drink my vitamins and pampakapit religiously. more milk. iwas yosi and STRESS. lagi ka po matulog and wag ka muna magagagalaw nor magbuhat ng mabigat. bawal ka din mahpa steam ay kumain ng hilaw.

Same mamsht bedrest ako hanggat kaya. Pero di ako niresetahan ng pampakapit now. Vitamins lang and folic. Tapos anmum
