Hand foot mouth symptoms in adults

Hi mummies, this 2 days i got serious sore throat which i hard for me to swollow anything down. Today my tougue started to feel pain as well. My hand and foot also feel slight pain but no blister. Is this symptoms for hand foot mouth disease?
