My mum wants to renovate her kitchen only. Is there any recommendations for contractors? I am not too sure if those interior design companies would want to take such small job, and it is probably to be more expensive.

Check out reno aid they area portal which can assist you in looking for a right contractor. They have a facebook page as well. Like the mom above said, facebook pages has tons of contractors. Hope this helps.
