Hi,just want to find out any recommendations for confinement food & post natal massage. Am 27 weeks now. Not sure where to find a good and reasonable price. . It's way too expensive
tbh, there's way more complaints over confinement nannies these days (esp those from agencies) than recommendations. I took my CN+postnatal massage+herbal package from PEM nonetheless. about $5k+ in total.
confinement food wise, so far only hearing good reviews for TMC and Maternity Angels.
