Surprisingly as much as I would like to say there's no such thing, my colleague managed to guess my baby's gender while I was 2 months pregnant based on my cravings - spicy food, extreme spiciness type. Ps/ I don't think spicy food before preg. Ocassionally a laksa and it's already burning my throat like mad. Lol
Nope. It’s the father’s sperm that defines the gender. The mother only provides the X chromosome in the egg. The sperm provides either X or Y, to determine XX (female) or XY (male). So just eat a well balanced diet for you to remain healthy, and ask the father to do the same:)
There's a saying eating sour stuff is boy and spicy stuff is girl. I love spicy food so for me is true.
