Is it true that we should not breastfeed our baby when we are tired? Like they say that baby might 'get the stress' that you’re feeling too.

You should nurse more when you're stressed. Nursing produces oxytocin which is a stress relieving hormone which will relax you. Of course, if you're highly stressed, it might affect your milk supply which slows down the release of oxytocin. If you find yourself feeling very stressed when your baby needs to feed, try relaxing first before nursing.
