1st dose before knowing Pregnant 2nd dose at 3rd Trimester

Hi Momsy! Anyone here who had their 1st dose already but advised by OB to have their 2nd dose on their 3rd Trimester. My OB advised me to defer my 2nd dose. 5 weeks pregnant here. Curious ako if on the 3rd trimester, do we have to repeat the 1st dose or automatically 2nd dose na siya? Thank you!
