It depends on you mommy. And to your budget i guess, 😅 But I prefer lying in. I have three daughters. All of them are born in lying in. Public and private. ☺ I pay 1,5k below. Ofcourse by the help of my philhealth. Super affordable and safe on lying ins. But again, it depends on you mommy.
