Rashes on the face (1 month & 5 days old)

Hello momshies🥰 pls. Ask po ako help, is it normal to have rashes on the face ang 1 month old baby? If not po, pls help on how to treat it or any natural remedy that you can suggest po. Thank you😘 p.s: baby is using hypoallergenic body & facial wash, even soap for clothes naman po pero bakit nag appear ang rashes?

Normal po sa new born mommy. Kusa din po mawawala. Make sure lang po lagi malinis face ni baby. Iwasan pahalikan. Yung iba nilalagyan nilanng breastmilk bago liguan.
