Urethral discharge during pregnancy

Hello momshies, Im currently 13 weeks pregnant and a first time mom.I dont know if this is something that i need to worry about.Meron po ba sa inyo nka experienced ng urethral discharged,yellowish or sometimes brownish in color while pregant?thanks po sa mga mag share or sasagot 🙂
