Always eat light meals muna sis tapos every 3 or 4 hrs. Aside from oatmeals try to eat biscuits or steamed potato, kamote, carrots and alike basta pwede ilaga :-) para kahit hindi ka nagra-rice bawi sa sustansya. Ganiyan ginawa ko nung nagmo-morning sickness ako. Tapos iwas ka sa ma-acid na foods or fruits. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER IT WILL HELP YOU. :-) Mawawala 'yan at makakabawi ka on your 2nd trimester.
Hi Sis i know mahirap kumain sa 1st trimester of pregnancy pero need mo po kumain like fruits and veggies if ayaw mo ng kanin kasi importante un sa pregnancy lalo na at 1st trimester kasi yan po ungnasa development si baby yung nerves and brain nya. Kaya you need to eat po ☺️☺️☺️
Same tayo ng 1st trimester. Lahat na ata ng symptoms ng buntis napagdaanan ko. Kada kain, suka. Ginagawa ko after suka kapag ramdam kong gutom nanaman ako kakain ako pero di marami sakto lang. Kapag naglalaway naman ako, kakain lang rin ako.
Same with me during my 1st trimester. Kahit water lang sinusuka ko dati. I made sure na lang na I take my vitamins everyday. Mawawala din naman ung pagsusuka when you reach your 2nd trimester.
Tanung ko lng PO last men's ko PO at January March na po wla ma Rin po ako pero nag pt akong Feb negative nmn PO regular nmn PO ako ehh hnggang ngyun wla parin PO akong mens
Same experience. Try mo lagi mag orange juice right after meal mo. Tapos crackers din. Yun naka naka tulong sa pag susuka before. 14weeks bago nawala pag susuka ko.
Same here. 9wks preggy low appetite nasusuka minsan. Fruits madalas ko kainin like oranges, apples and cranberry juice. Cereals ok din ☺️
Same experience. But was able to manage. Try to eat small meals. Do not drink too much water after each meal.
Ganun tlga sa 1st tri.. Try mong. Magfruits.. Like melon, papaya or apple.. Para gamahan klng
Same here until my 5th month. Suka ng suka all day. I've been vomiting like 7-10x a day.
