Bawas ka mommy sa rice... more on gulay and fruits... tas iwas sa mga biscuits.. kung kakakain mo lang tas magutom ko... mag peanuts ka lang.. mas okay yung baked peanuts instead yung maraming salt.. pang tanggal gutom. Pwede ka din mag kamote... ako, before lunch ko mashed potato and century tuna or gulay..

7.2lbs nung lumabas baby ko.. 3.2kg si baby and I was 38weeks. Pero nailabas ko naman ng normal. 😊😊😊
