31 weeks diet

Hi mommies! I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant. And feeling ko sobrang laki ng tummy ko parang pang 40weeks na. Haha. do you have suggestions as to how many cups of rice or any diet para hindi masyado lumaki si baby? Im hoping and praying na normal delivery ako. Thanks!

Sa 1st born ko pinagdiet dn ako. Cereals lang and oatmeal. Pag kumain ng rice 1 cup a day lang. More on veggies and fruits gumagawa ako ng veggy salad lagi lagyan lang ng olive oil. Tpos more on water lang. Pag kumain ng chicken breast part pero pinili ko fish muna.
