Low Hemoglobin

Momshies, Due ko na po this coming feb.19.. and mbaba daw po ang hemoglobin ko, may tendacy daw pong duguin ako kpag mnganganak na ko.. ano po kaya pwede kong inumin? or kainin? any suggestions po? mhhabol ko pa po kaya ang 120 na hemoglobin within this week? phelp nman po, nstress tuloy ako ?

Eat iron-rich foods like eggs, spinach, artichokes, beans, lean meats, and seafood. Multivitamins, make sure it is packed with iron and vitamin c too. Basta continue niyo lang yung supplements na nireseta ni Doc for you.
