Which is better? Folic Acid alone or Ferrous Sulpahte + Folic Acid + B Complex?

Hi momshies! Ask ko lang po which is better to take po for first trimester? Yung folic acid alone ng Folart ? Or Foralivit ( Ferrous Sulphate + Folic Acid + B complex)? Medyo torn kung na po ba yung mas better.
