Ask you OB momsh, that can be a sign of UTI or infection po kasi. I had that on my 6th month too, malakas ang discharge ko though wala namang amoy pero nung nagpa-urinalysis ako, turns out I have UTI pala. I was given a low dose of antibacterial to be taken for 7days then after that, urinalysis ulit. Thank God the results are good na.
