Hello momshies, 3 mos pregnant po ako ngayon, ask ko lang po if is it safe po na pagsasabayin ang 5 na vitamins which was prescribed by my ob.. Bale calcium, iron, folic, vit. C and then the vitaminbcomplex... Thanks!

Take the iron & folic acid an hour before meal or 2 hrs after meal, since it is best absorbed when acidic ang chan mo. Bigyan mo ng pagitan from calcium & vit C (sabay sila). Morning ang b complex kasi nakakaboost ng energy (pag night may tendency mahirapan ka makatulog)
Huwag mo lang pagsabayin mommy. Pwede naman dalawang vitamins sa morning, dalawa sa afternoon and the rest sa gabi na
