I did take that vitamin for 6 mos. Since first time mom its normal to get curious, specially when you asked someone who had a baby or you have a frend na preggy or anything mabasa mo sa internet wc claimed that it will give you good benefits etc... Ganun kasi ako before so everytime I have a scheduled check up I asked my OB. Well it really depends on your body's need. So better ask your OB. 😊
