Clogged Ducts

Hi momsh, ask ko lang po what to do with the clogged duct hindi po kami direct latching ni baby. Hand express lang po ako most of the time. For the past two days, bglang hunina milk supply ko and I can even feel na mejo may lump both breast ko. Nag hot compress na po ako, massage, even pump still andon pa rin. Any recommendations po na pwede pang gawin?
