got pregnant while on a pill but blessed

HI MOMS! Sino dito na pregnant while taking the pill? :) this is my first pregnancy and im very blessed to have him/her inspite na unplanned po. Kahit andami pong mga nangyari this year, im still thankful na my fiance is very grounded and supportive.
