sleep on your left side can help, allows better blood flow and less compression. also consider using a pillow to support the back and/or belly. the positioning can be uncomfortable. during the day time do some simple "meditation": basically taking slow deep full breaths and exhaling. repeat. this will help train your lung muscle expansion and helps to release tension in the chest muscles as well. as the baby grows all your organs will be more squashed. speak to your doctor if it severely affects sleep.
