Moms on the go, what's the most recommended vitamins to keep us active and boost the immune system?

Vitamin C, hands down. It helps boost the immune system and repair wounds. Plus, you can't overdose on Vitamic C, all the excess you just flush out through your urine.

I also take vitamin C only, Poten cee 1000mg. It's super helpful for my immune system especially that I have asthma and allergies. I rarely take multi vitamins.
