help Computation

Hi mommys. Pa help lang po magcompute kung kailan exact possible date ng pag do namin ni hubby if yung first ultrasound ko is Dec.18 (5 weeks and 5 days). Tsaka accurate po ba ung first ultrasound compared sa LMP? Thanks.
