Hi mommies, Does anyone here experience having subchorionic hemorrhage during first trimester? How did you cope up?

Me at 7 weeks pro konti lng sya, mga 4 days lng ako nagspotting kaya total bedrest ako until 12 weeks at duphaston for 1 month. Nawala rin nman sya.
