Hard stool

Hi mommies! Wld like to know what u did for your little one at the age of 8 months who have this hard stool? Im currently giving her cerelac rice. Wanted to know if wheat wld eventually help her? And whats the tips to let her drink more plain water? Brought her to the dr but it only last a short while till the meds are done ):

Eat fruits like dragon fruit, kiwi and etc. My10mo rarely has hard stool. We feed her fruits two meals a day. Can try to introduce leafy greens too. And my baby is also taking biogaia in the morning .

Swap cerelac for food high in fibre. I swapped it for Gerber Oats and introduced fruits/veggies as well. My lo got constipated from cerelac too.
